[arriscad] Mouse scroll wheel

Arrisland,

A person in our office currently cannot zoom in and out with the middle mouse scroll wheel.  I can't remember where that can be changed.  Can anybody help me out?  Thanks in advance.

We are currently using Arris 9.5.
