Reset environmental defaults (GRSTD) in arris, deleted one menusize,
restarted system- still flashes. It is our "S" drive, works in A94. Not
sure what is going on but clearly it is not finding stnds. It stops
loading (and starts flashing) at "loading symbol library:fplan:y_fplan.sy".
