[arriscad] Windows 7 support

Any version of ARRIS prior to 9.4 is not supported on Windows 7.
Having said that, there are folks out there that have installed older
versions on Windows 7. There are things to watch out for, and not
everything necessarily works. We (Sigma Design) do not support it. You
really do need to upgrade.
Keys - If you have a parallel port key - either a Rainbow SuperPro or a
Rainbow C-Plus-B - you will need to swap it for a new USB key. For
existing licenses we burn the new key with the same Host ID number so
that permanent authorization codes do not change. When the new key is
sent, the old key must be returned. The cost is $100 for the key plus
shipping (usually $10 UPS Ground). The USB keys are small, and very
stable - more so than the parallel port keys. They are also designed to
"hot swap" (plug in and out of the computer while the computer is
running), which the parallel port keys are not.
If you still have a parallel port key, we are now suggesting that you
swap it out, even if the old key is still running and you still have a
computer with a parallel port. Sigma Design has not issued parallel port
keys in over 12 years. C-Plus-B key support (The really old parallel
port keys - RAINBOW_OLD) has been removed from the ARRIS Authorization
Manager for ARRIS 9.5.
