[arriscad] setting surfaces to "both sides opaque?

Yes I understand the solids Setup menu - but the solids Edit menu is set by
the system - it is not interactive with the Setup menu.
So when I want to change the solids to opaque both sides - it is mostly
luck if the Edit menu is set to "both"
I prefer to not have to deal with one-sided triangles, and I find that the
processing time gain is negligible in my projects - having to change the
opacity however is very disruptive.

PS : another very annoying issue in the Modelling module is that the "match
all parameters" utility does not "pick up" the Transparency parameter -
this needs to be fixed also
