One thing that happens to us all the time is that if you have a network
drive, sometimes the network drops it. This particularly happens if the
computer containing the linked location goes off line for any reason
(i.e. power drop, reboot, etc.). This requires the operating system to
re-establish the link. ARRIS can't do this. The fix is to click on the
mapped network drive in Windows Explorer, forcing Windows to reconnect
the link.
