[arriscad] ARRIS 9.5 User Toolbar

Gary suggested that I post a picture of my ARRIS 9.5 main user toolbar 
as an example of what you can do. A toolbar similar to this one can be 
made using the UTB37 menu which is included on the list of available 
Toolbar menus. Mine contains several custom commands so it isn't really 
usable as-is by anyone else. It is one of 4 toolbars I use. The same 
image is in the ARRIS Encyclopedia. Various functions are separated by 
color and menu box size. The small multi-colored boxes on the left set 
the pen/color to the pen and color indicated by the box. The gray boxes 
are some basic parameter and queries, The rust colored boxes are wall 
commands and the green boxes are some handy edits that I use. Most of 
these boxes contain both left and right click commands.

For what it's worth, Gary also has a really nice toolbar that is made 
using the same menu configuration.

There are 10 different out of the box menus that may be used for User 
Toolbars included in ARRIS 9.5. If anyone has a menu configuration that 
they would like to use that is not one of the included menus, send it to 
me and I will custom build it for you. Note that this is just for menu - 
the number, size, shape, and location of the menu boxes, not to create 
the actual toolbar or populate it with commands. That is easy for you to 
do. Usable menus will be added to the ones currently available in ARRIS.

The toolbar menu must be 44 menu units wide by 2 menu units high. Boxes 
must be rectangular and the length and width dimensions of the box may 
be to the 1/4 menu unit. As a frame of reference, the traditional 
toolbar menu is 23 boxes, each 2 menu units wide by 2 menu units high. 
Be careful of very small boxes - they are hard to see and hard to pick 
in the menu, making them not very useful.
