[arriscad] ARRIS 9.5

The function we had in development and testing several years ago was 
called "Datalinks". It was never released in the software. As you 
suggest, the Smart Repeated Items give this functionality a great place 
to live. The "hot link" capability off of a Smart RI is currently in 
testing. In the form we are testing you will be able to launch a 
supported raster image, a PDF file, a Web URL in your default browser, 
an MS Word document, a text file, and an ARRIS drawing in either the 
current or a new session. It will be released in a future update of 9.5.
