[arriscad] 45 degree X-hatch > locks ARRIS

I get this maximized or not.  I get it *can* get it with 45 deg. but *always* do
when 2 lines are set to 45 and 135.

This happens when the graphics acceleration is maxed or not.

I have menus, prompts, etc. that set patterns to our standards but
the avoid popping that pattern set up menu that shows your xhatch.
That will lock us up every time.  Its been going on since before 9.x
and it might never get fixed.

Neal,

I cannot reproduce this.

Some folks have reported that 45 degree Patterns lock up when the ARRIS 
window is a particular size. Try maximizing the window or changing the 
size of the ARRIS window to see if this makes a difference.
