[arriscad] move ri origin

Arris 8.2 (yeah yeah I know)
Using the Edit RI menu, we rotated an ri (a partner seal to be exact). 
And saved.
When placing, suddenly the origin was no longer in the center. Went back 
to the Edit RI menu and sure enough, the origin is way off on the edge. 
Chose Move Origin, clicked the center, get an hour glass, and there it 
sits. Arris just sits and sits and sits and sits. Does it really take 
over an hour? Or any idea on what happened (we did not move the origin 
as far as we know)? And how to we fix this??
Help! Any ideas?

Also, made a new ri using Make RI and the origin point is not where we 
set it. WHY??
