[arriscad] Error $wlycre()

The error is coming from the utility that generates the display list on
the layer. This is likely caused by a corrupted entity on the layer. If
you can isolate which layer it is on, and which entity it is, you have a
better chance of cleaning it up.

Try this:
At the keyboard type :dlof and <Enter>
Load the drawing
At the keyboard type :dlon and <Enter>
At the keyboard type :clr and <Enter>
At the keyboard type :dlcr and <Enter>

This will regenerate the display list and display to the screen as it is
doing it. If it hits the entity giving the problem and stops, the stuff
generated on the screen so far should tell you what layer it's on and
possibly which entity.

For recovery the best case is if you can delete the entity and just
replace it. If you know the layer the worst case is that you lose and
replace only the stuff on that layer, or better, can recover just the
layer from backup and update everything done since the backup on only
that layer.

You mention AutoCAD not involved. Other likely suspects are very old
ARRIS drawings, and particularly crosshatch and very small circle entities.
